- Take 1 cup water in the pan.
- Add ½ cup tamarind in the water.
- Add 1 tbsp. red chili powder in the tamarind water.
- After that add salt as per your taste.
- Add 1/ 2 tbsp. black salt in the pan.
- Then add 1 tbsp. black paper powder in the mixture.
- After that 4 tbsp. sugar in the pan.
- Add 1 tbsp. cumin powder.
- Cook it then stain it.
- Let’s make garlic chutney. Take 2 tbsp. oil in the pan.
- Add 1 big chopped tomato in the oil. Add 3 dry chili in the oil.
- Add 1/3 cup garlic cloves.
- Add 1 tbsp. Kashmiri red chili powder in the pan.
- Add 1tbsp. cumin powder in pan.
- Add salt as per taste.
- Add 1 tbsp. beat root powder for coloring.
- Mix it well.
- Give forth mixture and add in blender jar and make blend it and add 2 tbsp. water in blender.
- After blend, place the chutney in bowl and keep aside.
- Let’s make green chutney. Take ¼ cup mint leaves and add them in to blender.
- Add 1 cup coriander in the blender.
- Add 1 ½ tbsp. ginger in the blender.
- Add 2 chili in blender.
- Add 1 tbsp. lemon juice in blender.
- Add salt as per your taste.
- Add 1 tbsp. roasted cumin powder in blender.
- Add 1 tbsp. chaat masala in blender.
- Now blend it and make it paste.
- Paste the chutney in bowl and keep aside for topping.
- Let make it assemble. Mash one boiled potato in the big bowl.
- Add 1/3 cup puffed rice (murmura), ¼ cup corn poha, 1/3 cup farali chevda, and 1/3 cup tikha gathiya in the bowl. Mix it nicely.
- Add 1 tbsp. green chutney and 1 tbsp. garlic chutney in the mixture. Mix it well.
- Take puris and fill puri with mixture.
- Put some masala peanuts on the top of puris.
- Add garlic chutney on the puri.
- After that add green chutney on the top of the puri.
- Add tamarind chutney on the puris.
- After that add mashed potato on the puris.
- Add some chat masala on the puris.
- Decorate with sev and put on puris.
- Put some masala peanuts, bhel mixture on the sev and puris.
- Add some chutneys as your choice and taste.
- Serve this bhel puri and enjoy!!
