- Let’s making white sauce. Take a pan and Put 1 tbsp. butter in it.
- Add 1 tbsp. Maida flour in the pan. Roast on low flame
- Mix it with butter nicely. After that add 1 cup milk slightly in the butter and Maida flour mixture.
- Furthermore, add 1 tbsp. oregano and salt as per your taste.
- mix it nicely.
- At last, add 1 cube cheese and grade it in the mixture. Cook it till that become think consistency then and keep aside for cool down.
- Now make red sauce. Take pan and add 1 tbsp. butter and melt it on low flame.Add 1 and half tbsp. garlic in the butter.
- Add 1 cup onion gravy in the pan. Sauté the onion gravy when it became light golden color.
- After that, add 1/2 cup tomato gravy in pan.
- Mix it until oil become separate from gravy.After it, add salt as per your taste.
- Add 1 tbsp. red chili powder and 1 tbsp. oregano.
- Furthermore, add ½ beetroot powder in the mixture gravy, and again mix it well.
- Add 1 tbsp. paprika in the gravy, and mix it well. And keep aside for cool down.
- To make for vegetable topping. Take 1 tbsp. Butter and put it in the pan and melt it.
- Add ½ cup chopped carrot.
- Add ¾ cup chopped capsicum.
- After that add ½ cup sweet corn.
- Add salt as per your taste in the veggies mixture.
- Add 1 tbsp. paprika.
- After that ½ tbsp. oregano added in the veggies. Lastly, keep aside for cool down.
- Let’s make it assemble. Take bowl which look as a square block. Add 1 tbsp. red sauce in the bowl and make it flat.
- After that add white sauce on the red sauce layer.
- Then add veggie mixture on the white sauce layer and make it flat look like layers.
- Add some cabbage leaves on the veggies mixture.
- Put bread on it and make it flat. Cover all the layers.
- Then again add red sauce on the bread and make read sauce layer.
- After that again add white sauce on the red sauce.
- Add cheese and spread it like nice layer.
- After that add veggies on the cheese layer.
- Then put bread slice and cover it nicely.
- Furthermore, add red sauce on the bread slices.
- Again the repeat the process that add white sauce on the red sauce mixture.
- Add veggies on the white sauce layer.
- Add cheese on the veggies layer for make it cheesy.
- Put bread slice on the cheese.
- Add red sauce on the bread layer.
- After that add white sauce on the red sauce.
- Add veggies on the white sauce and cheese crust is spread on the veggies mixture.
- After that some veggies on the cheese, sprinkle oregano and some paprika on the veggies.
- Make oven preheat on 180c° for 10 minute then bake it 180 c° for 15 minute.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy the bread lasagna!!
