  1. Take pan and add 2 cup water.


  2. Add 2 cup Sama with salt as per taste and 1 tbsp black salt.


  3. Cover with lid and cook until that become thick consistency.


  4. Take out in the bowl and add 3 boiled mashed potatoes.


  5. Add 1 tbsp grated ginger and 2 chopped green chilies.


  6. Add salt as per taste and ½ tbsp black salt. Mix it well.


  7. Take small portion of mixture and make small balls.


  8. Deep fry the balls and fry until they become golden brown color.


  9. Take 2 cup curd. Then add ½ cup sugar powder. And salt little bit. Mix it well.


  10. Take a bowl and fried balls then add sweet curd on it.

  13. Sprinkle some coriander powder, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder then add some pomegranate.

Recipe Notes

  • Whenever you are making a Dahi Bhalla recipe, try and use Moraiyo (Vrat ka chaval). With This use, there is no stay heaviness in the stomach after eating it.
  • To make the batter fluffy, make sure you use a hand blender or a whisker. This will make the batter light and will double in size.
  • For the right consistency of the batter, do not add much water to it as this will make it thin.
