- Take 1 cup coriander leaves and put in into blender jar.
- Add 4 chopped chili. Add ¼ cup dry phudina leaves.
- Add 1 tbsp. black salt and normal salt as per taste. Add ¼ cup water and blend it completely.
- After one blend, add 2 tbsp. lemon juice in the green mixture.
- Take 1 ½ cup curd and add ¾ cup green mixtures in the curd. Mix it properly.
- Add 1 tbsp. roasted cumin.
- Salt as per taste, and 1 tbsp. black paper powder.
- Add 1 chopped capsicum and 300gm paneer pieces. And cover with lid and rest for 30 min, and wait for complete marination of paneer.
- Take pan apply 1 tbsp. butter on pan. Add green mixture paneer and capsicum on pan and cook both side until they become golden brown color.
- Serve it hot immediate.
- You can add farali flour in the cord mixture for better coating on the paneer.
- Serve it hot with farali roti or peanut khichdi.
