- Take a bowl and add 1 cup buttermilk. Add ¼ cup oil.
- Add 1 cup sugar powder. Mix it well.
- Take sieve cleaner and Add 2 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder, and 1 tbsp. baking soda. Sieve it completely.
- Add ¼ cup milk gradually.
- Add 1 tbsp. mixed fruit essence.
- Divide flour mixture in 4 part. Add different color like red, yellow, green and orange in each bowl.
- Grease cake mold with oil. Set butter paper. Then add small portion flour mixture in the cake mold.
- Make oven preheat on 180c° for 15 minutes, then bake the cake on 180c° for 50 -55 minutes.
- After that demold the cake mold then cut it into 3 layer.
- Spread sugar syrup on each layers. Then spread whipped cream on the layers and put on each other.
- Spread colorful whipped cream on the whole cake. Decorate with different cream drops.
