- Take a bowl and add 2 boiled potato. Smash it
- Add 1 cup mixed chavanu, 1 cup mitha chivda.
- Add 1 cup tikha mora gathiya and 1 cup sev.
- Add 1 tbsp. chopped green chili, ½ cup chopped tomato, 1 tbsp.garlic chutney, and ½ cup chopped onion.
- Add salt as per taste, 1 tbsp. black salt, 1 tbsp. chat masala, and 1 tbsp. red chili powder
- Add 2 tbsp. green chutney and 1 tbsp. tomato sauce. Mix it well.
- Take out and put in plate. Add some date chutney, tomato sauce and green chutney.
- Add some sev and chopped coriander. Then serve it ready to eat.
You can even add grated vegetables like carrots and beetroot.
Keep all the ingredients ready before you start mixing everything.
The salt, chutneys and spice powders in the bhel puri can be adjusted as per your liking. You can use readymade chutneys too.
