  3. Add 1 cup tikha mora gathiya and 1 cup sev.

  4. Add 1 tbsp. chopped green chili, ½ cup chopped tomato, 1 tbsp.garlic chutney, and ½ cup chopped onion.

  5. Add salt as per taste, 1 tbsp. black salt, 1 tbsp. chat masala, and 1 tbsp. red chili powder

  6. Add 2 tbsp. green chutney and 1 tbsp. tomato sauce. Mix it well.

  7. Take out and put in plate. Add some date chutney, tomato sauce and green chutney.

  8. Add some sev and chopped coriander. Then serve it ready to eat.

You can even add grated vegetables like carrots and beetroot.
