- Take a bowl and add 1/3 tbsp butter and 1/3 cup sugar powder. Mix it well.
- Add ½ cup milk.
- Add 1 cup Maida, ½ tbsp baking soda, and 1 tbsp baking powder. Mix it well.
- Add ½ cup milk add gradually.
- Add 1 tbsp pineapple essence. Mix it well. Make a smooth batter.
- Take cake mold and grease with butter then put butter paper.
- Add cake batter into the mold. Make oven preheat on 200c° for 10 minutes. Then put cake in oven and bake on220c° for 40 minutes.
- After complete baking, unmold the cake.
- Cut the cake into center and spread the whipped cream.
- Then cover whole cake with whipped cream.
- Decorate the cake with chocolate sticks and pineapple whipped cream drops. Then add pineapple slice on middle of the cake.
- Ready to eat.
- This cake is also easily frozen! Just cut into portions or freeze the entire cake by wrapping it in plastic wrap, then foil and label the outside with the date.
