- Take a bowl and add 1/3 cup Maida and 1/3 cup corn flour.
- Add ½ tbsp grated ginger and salt as per taste. Then add ½ tbsp peri-peri masala.
- Add 1/3 cup water. Mix it well.
- Add 1 cup sliced onions and 1 cup sliced capsicum.
- Add 1 cup carrot and 1 cup cauliflower. Mix it well.
- Fry the veggies.
- Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil and add ½ tbsp chopped garlic.
- Add 1 tbsp grated ginger and 1 tbsp chopped green chilies. Mix well.
- Add 1/3 cup chopped onions and 1 tbsp soya sauce.
- Add 1 tbsp red chili sauce and 1 tbsp green chili sauce. Mix well.
- Add 1 tbsp schezwan sauce.
- Add fried veggies. Mix it well.
- Add 1 tbsp tomato sauce. Mix it well.
- Ready to serve.
- You can use any choice of dry vegetables for this recipe.
- If you prefer to have extra crispy, coat some corn flour to the veggies before coating with the batter.
- Add more tomato sauce if you prepare more saucy.
