For men, the BMI has some slight range variation. In which is the BMI is below 18.5 then it is considered underweight. The range from 18.5 to 24.9 is known as the Healthy range. That you’re to maintain, and the BMI from 25.0-29.9. It is overweight. Where the weight has to get reduced slightly. For the BMI at 30 and above it is overweight, and the weight has to get reduced at the strict case.

When it comes to women the BMI ranges from 18.5 – 24.9. It is the normal range just like the men. Where below 18.5 is considered as underweight. That needs to be improved as well. Where the BMI from 25 to 29.9 is considered as overweight. along with that the ranges like 30-39.9 are the obese factor which is the severe one that needs to get notified.
