1. Take 300 gm. coconut and chocolate biscuits and crack them and put it into blender jar. Crush it properly. Then put in the bowl.
2. Add 1 ½ tbsp. butter in the bowl. Mix it.
3. Add mixture in cake mold. And set it and freeze it for 15 minutes.
4. Take 250 gm. Cheese cream. Add 1/3 cup whipped cream in the cheese.
5. Add 1/3 cup sugar powder. Beat it.
6. Add 1 tbsp. vanilla essence.
7. Add ½ cup chopped strawberry in the whipped cream. Mix it.
8. Put in freeze cake mold and set it. Also freeze cake for 4-5 hours.
9. Take a pan and add 200gm. Chopped strawberry and 1 ½ cup sugar. Add 1 tbsp. water and make sauce.
10. Spread strawberry sauce on the cake and freeze again for 6-8 hours.
11. After that decorate with biscuits and strawberry slices.
