1. Take a bowl and add 1/3 cup Maida and 1/3 cup corn flour.
2. Add ½ tbsp grated ginger and salt as per taste. Then add ½ tbsp peri-peri masala.
3. Add 1/3 cup water. Mix it well.
4. Add 1 cup sliced onions and 1 cup sliced capsicum.
5. Add 1 cup carrot and 1 cup cauliflower. Mix it well.
6. Fry the veggies.
7. Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil and add ½ tbsp chopped garlic.
8. Add 1 tbsp grated ginger and 1 tbsp chopped green chilies. Mix well.
9. Add 1/3 cup chopped onions and 1 tbsp soya sauce.
10. Add 1 tbsp red chili sauce and 1 tbsp green chili sauce. Mix well.
11. Add 1 tbsp schezwan sauce.
12. Add fried veggies. Mix it well.
13. Add 1 tbsp tomato sauce. Mix it well.
14. Ready to serve.
