How to make Chinese Atta Maggi | Street Style Chinese Maggi steps by steps with photos:
1. Take a pan and add 2 cup water in the pan and boil it.
2. Then add 1 pack atta maggi.
3. Add 1 tsp oil and salt as per required into pan and boil the maggi.
4. After complete the boiling maggi, does strain the maggi and remove starch water.
5. Add some oil into maggi and mix it with. Make sure don’t break the noodles. After that, cool down the maggi completely.
6. Take another pan and add 1 tbsp oil.
7. Add 1 tbsp grated ginger.
8. Then add 1 medium sliced onion and saute well.
9. Furthermore, add ½ cup striped carrot and ½ cup stripes capsicum into the pan.
10. After that, add ½ cup striped cabbage, saute slightly.
11. After add 1 tbsp soya sauce and 1 tsp red chili powder. Saute well.
12. Add 1 pack maggi tastemaker powder and mix well.
13. Add boiled maggi into pan and mix it well.
14. After complete mixing the noodles, transfer the maggi into serving plate.
15. Ready to serve this Chinese atta maggi. Put some chopped capsicum on the maggi.
