You just need the kitchen ingredients for cooking this spicy pulpy sabji. The main ingredients for this sabji are made using fresh pulpy tomatoes and spicy onion masala.

How to make Ratlami Sev Sabji | Ratlami Sev Sabji At Home with step by step photos:
1. Take a pan and add 2 ½ tbsp. butter.
2. Add 1 red dry chili, 2 cinnamomum, and 4-5 cloves.
3. Add salt as per taste and 1 tbsp. black paper powder.
4. Add 1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste.
5. Add 1 ½ glass water in the pan.
6. Add 1 tbsp. garam masala. Mix it well. Simmer for 10 minutes. Slightly. Smash the gravy.
7. Add 1 tbsp. ghee.
8. Add 1 bowl Ratlami sev.
9. Add 1 tbsp. maggi masala powder, 1 tbsp. red chili powder, and 1 tbsp. cumin powder.
10. Decorate with coriander and Ratlami sev then serve it with roti or khichdi.
