How to make Palak Dal Khichdi | Dal Khichdi | Khichdi Recipe step by step with photos:
In a cooker, add rice and moong dal of equal amount.
Then add ¼ cup of Gram Dal. Wash it with water.
Add 2 ½ cups of water along with it.
Rest it for ½ hour and add ½ tsp of asafoetida powder, salt of the required amount.
Add ½ tsp of turmeric powder.
Add 1 tbsp of ghee. Allow it to up to 3-4 whistles on high flame and leave it.
In a mixer, add a bunch of palak water, cut it nicely and make sure that it must enter into the mixer.
Add water to the mixer of the required amount. Grind it well and make the puree. After some time, release the cooker and mix it well.
In a pan, add 1 tbsp of ghee, along with 1 tsp of cumin seeds, ½ tsp of mustard seeds.
Add some curry leaves. Add a pinch of asafoetida over it and saute it well.
then Add 1 chopped green chili, 1 cup of chopped onions, saute it well.
after that Add 1 cup of chopped tomatoes over it and do the salutation again.
After that add 1 bunch of chopped palak and saute it well.

In a small separate pan, add 2 tbsp of ghee and add some curry leaves over it.
After that add 3 tbsp of chopped garlic and mix it up well.
After that add 1 tsp of red chili powder and mix it up well
