In a pan, put 1 tbsp butter.
Add 1 cup boiled corn. And then roast it for 2 minutes.
Take this out of the pan and put it in a bowl.
Add 1 tbsp chat masala.
Then add 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri Red chili powder.
Add 1/2 tbsp cumin-coriander powder.
Add 1 tbsp lemon juice in this bowl. And mix it well.
