How to make Veggie Burger Recipe | Veggie Burger Recipe Indian Style recipe with step by step photos:
1. Take a bowl and 2 mashed potatoes.
2. Add 1/3 cup chopped onions.
3. Add ½ cup chopped carrot.
4. Add 2 chopped green chilies and 1 tbsp grated ginger.
5. Add 1/3 cup green gram sprouts.
6. Add salt as per taste and 1 tbsp black paper powder. Mix it well.
7. Make patty. Then coated with bread crumbs.
8. Take a tawa and add 1 tbsp oil. Put patty and shallow fry it both side.
9. Take small bowl. Add 2 tbsp veg mayonnaise and 1 tbsp schezwan sauce. Mix it well.
10. Take burger bun and cut into center. Roast with oil.
11. Spread the mayonnaise mixture. Then put some cabbage leaf and sliced capsicums.
12. Put tikki. Then put some tomato slice, cucumber slices, and some onions rings.
13. Put again capsicum slices and tomato ketch up.
14. Add grated cheese. Then put burger bun.
15. Ready to serve.
