How to make Red Sauce Pasta Recipe Italian Style recipe with step by step photos:
1. Take 2 cup water, add 1 tbsp. salt, and 1 tbsp. oil in the pan.
2. After water become warm add 1 cup pasta. Boil it.
3. Take one pasta and cut it into two part. If it’s easily cut then it cooked properly. After that stain the pasta and wash them with cold water.
4. Take 4 medium tomatoes. And make cut in center.
5. Blanch it.
6. After blanch the tomatoes, peel off the skin. Keep aside for cool down.
7. Take pan and add 1 tbsp. butter.
8. Add chopped garlic, add ¼ cup chopped onions, and add blanched and chopped tomatoes. Mix well and cook it.
9. Add 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tbsp. paprika, 1 tbsp. mix herbs, and add 1 tbsp. oregano.
10. Add ½ cup water. Cook it for 7-10 minutes then smash the gravy.
11. Add pasta in the gravy. Add red chili powder. Mix it well.
12. Serve pasta with chopped coriander leaves.
