1. Take bowl and add 1/4 cup oil and 1/3 cup curd. Then mix it until they turns into whitish in color.
2. Add 1/2 cup sugar powder.
3. Add 1 cup wheat flour.
4. Add 1 tbsp. baking powder and 1/4 tbsp. backing soda. Mix well.
5. Mix it and add 1 1/2 cup milk gradually, again mix it properly.
6. Add 2 tbsp. cocoa powder.
7. 1/3 cup chocolate chips.
8. Add batter in cups. Put some choco chips on it. Make oven preheat on 200c° for 10 minutes then, put cups in otg oven. Bake the cups on 200c° for 25 minutes.
9. Read to serve it.
