My fried rice recipe does not use a lot of ingredients except for good quality aged rice, soya sauce, veggies, vinegar, and oil. You can still make very good quality vegetables fried rice without it. Most restaurants use it to enhance the taste and flavors.

How to make Veg Fried Rice Street Style Recipe | Fried Rice Recipe with step by step photos:
1. Take 1 ½ cup basmati rice. Wash properly with water.
2. Add 3 cup water and leave it for 15 minutes.
3. Take another pan, and add 1 1.2 tbsp. oil.
4. Add 2 tbsp. chopped garlic and 1 ½ tbsp. chopped ginger.
5. Add 1 ½ cup chopped onions, 1 cup chopped carrot, 1 cup chopped cabbage, and ¾ cup chopped capsicum. Sauté well.
6. Add 2 tbsp. soya sauce, 2 tbsp. green chili sauce, and 2 tbsp. red chili sauce.
7. Add salt as per taste and 1 tbsp. black paper powder.
8. Add cooked rice and mix it well.
9. Ready to serve and decorate with coriander leaves and spring onions.
