How to make Daliya Khichdi Recipe | Dalia Khichdi for Weight Loss recipe with step by step photos:
1. Take a bowl and add ½ cup wheat daliya. Add ¼ cup moong dal.
2. Wash them properly with water. After that drain it.
3. After that add 2 cup water ad leave it for 10 minutes.
4. Take presser cooker and add 2 tbsp. oil.
5. Add ½ tbsp. mustard seeds, 1 tbsp. cumin seeds, and 1 bay leave.
6. Add 1 tbsp. Asafoetida, ½ tbsp. turmeric powder.
7. Add 1 ½ tbsp. grated ginger.
8. Add ¼ cup chopped tomatoes, ½ cup green peas, ¼ cup chopped capsicum, ¼ cup carrot, 1 small potato, ad 1 tbsp. raw mango. Mix it well.
9. Add salt as per taste, 1 tbsp. red chilli powder, and 1 tbsp. dhaniya powder.
10. Add socked daliya with water.
11. Add more 1 ½ cup water, and 1 tbsp. lemon juice.
12. Cook it on a medium flame for 3-4 whistle for 15-20 minutes.
13. Serve daliya khichdi recipe with card and mango pickle.
