How to make Farali Patties at Home | Aloo patties recipe with step by step photos:
1. Take a bowl and add 1 bowl grated boiled potatoes.
2. Add 1/3 cup dry grated coconut.Add 2 tbsp. chopped ginger. Add 3 chopped green chili.Add 1 ½ tbsp. fennel seeds.
3. Add ½ cup roasted and crushed peanuts and some raisins. Add salt as per taste.
4. 1 tbsp. black paper powder and 1 tbsp. black salt powder. Then mix it well.
5. Add 1 tbsp. sugar powder. Again mix it well.
6. Make small balls of the mixture with oil greased hands.
7. Take a bowl and add 2 bowl grated and boiled potatoes.
8. Add 1 ½ cup arrowroot powder, 2 tbsp. black salt, salt as per taste and 1 tbsp. black paper powder in the potatoes mixture. Mix it well.
9. Make thick patty of the potato mixture and put small ball filling. After that cover it with patty. Make balls of it.
10. Deep fry the balls in the oil on medium flame.
11. Serve it with green chutney and ketchup.
