How to make Focaccia Italian Bread | Homemade Stuffed Focaccia Bread recipe with step by step photos:
1. Take a bowl and add 1tbsp. dry yeast in the bowl. Add 3 tbsp. sugar in the bowl.
2. Add 3 tbsp. warm water in the bowl. Wait for 10 min.
3. After that add 2 cup Maida flour in the yeast mixture.
4. Add 1 tbsp. salt in the flour. Add 1 ½ tbsp. milk powder. Mix it well.
5. Add ¾ cup water gradually in the flour.
6. Make a sticky dough. Knead the dough by stretching the dough, and make it smooth.
7. Take small bowl and put in 2 ½ tbsp. melted butter.
8. Add 2 tbsp. chopped garlic in the bowl, 1/3 cup capsicum, ¼ cup chopped coriander, ¼ cup corn, 1 ½ tbsp. paprika, 1 tbsp. oregano and add some salt as per your taste. Mix well.
9. After that on the platform, dust some flour spread dough on it. Give it round shape. Spread veggies mixture on the half part of the dough.
10. After that cover half dough and cover it completely.
11. Take baking tray, grease with oil. Put the dough in the pan and fit it corners. After that cover it with plastic wrap and ferment it for 1 hour.
12. After 1 hour, take pan and add some capsicum and corn with chopped coriander and cut olives. Sprinkle oregano, garlic spices powder and paprika on it.
13. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes on 180c° and bake the bread on same temperature for 30 minutes.
14. After baking add some cheese on the bread and again bake it on 180c° for 15 minutes. Cut into pieces.
