Normally, pizza is cooked with yeast for raising the base. But most of us don’t use yeast or at times yeast is not available. That time, we can make pizza preparation without yeast. Wheat thin crust pizza base without yeast tastes almost the same as a normal pizza made with yeast.


It's ever right to have this pizza with an aerated drink for a better flavor. I made this recipe many times on many occasions. No one could tell that the pizzas were made from whole wheat flour. These pizzas are cooked with wheat flour which is a lot health fuller than regular all-purpose flour. So good and yet healthy!!

  1. Take a bowl and add 2 cup wheat flour.

  2. Add salt to taste, ½ tbsp. black paper powder, and 1 tbsp. baking powder. Mix it well.

  3. Add ½ cup curd and 1 cup water in the flour. Make a dough and knead well.

  4. Rest it for 1 ½ hours.

  5. Take another bowl and add ½ cup onions, ½ cup chopped capsicum, ½ cup carrot, ½ cup cabbage, and ¼ cup chopped tomatoes.

  6. Add black paper powder, salt to taste, ¾ cup veg mayonnaise. Mix well.

  7. Add ½ cup mozzarella cheese.

  8. Take dough and again knead the dough.

  9. Roll it and roast on tawa both side.

  10. Spread oil and put veggies mixture on the wheat roti. Cook for 5 min on low flame.

  11. Serve it with ketchup.

Recipe Notes

  • Sprinkle some oregano and chili flakes over the pizza, cut in pieces as per your preference
