How to make Dry Veg Manchurian | Vegetable Dry Cabbage Manchurian recipe with step by step photos:
1. Take a bowl and add 1 cup chopped onions, 2 tbsp. chopped garlic, and 1 ½ tbsp. chopped ginger.
2. Add 1 ½ bowl chopped cabbage, 1 bowl chopped carrot, and 1 cup chopped capsicum. Mix together.
3. Add 1 ½ cup Maida flour gradually, ½ cup corn flour, 1 ½ tbsp. ENO, and add 1 tbsp. lemon juice on ENO.
4. Add 1 tbsp. red chili powder, salt as per taste, 1 tbsp. black paper powder, and 1 tbsp. black salt. Mix together as well.
5. After mixing all together, then make small balls of the mixture. After making all balls rest it for 10 minutes.
6. Deep fry the balls in oil on medium flame. Make it golden brown. After that keep aside the fried balls and cool down.
7. After that take a pan and heat it up, then add 1 ½ tbsp. oil.Add 1 ½ tbsp. chopped garlic, 1 tbsp. chopped ginger. Sauté well.
8. Add ½ cup sliced onions.
9. Add 1 cup chopped cabbages, ¾ cup sliced carrots, and 1 cup sliced capsicum.
10. Add 2 tbsp. red chili sauce, 2 tbsp. green chili sauce, and 2 tbsp. soya sauce. Mix it well but don’t overcook it.
11. Add manchurian balls in the pan. Mix together.
12. Ready to serve and decorate with spring onions and some coriander leaves.
