1. Take a bowl and add 1cup gram flour.
2. Add 1tbsp. turmeric powder, 1 tbsp. red chili powder, and add salt to taste in the flour.Add ½ tbsp. azaphotidia powder in the flour.
3. Add ½ tbsp. cumin powder.
4. Add 1 tbsp. chopped garlic.
5. Add 1 tbsp. grated ginger in the flour.
6. Add ½ cup chopped coriander.
7. Add water in the flour and Mix it well. Add water as per require in the flour. Make thick consistency.
8. Add lemon juice in the flour mixture.
9. Take pan and heat it up and apply butter on it. Take bread slices and put in batter. Apply mixture both of bread sides.After that take bread and put on pan.
10. Apply butter on the bread up side.Add some chopped coriander on the bread.
11. Add cheese on the bread. Cook another bread like this and put on cheese.
