  1. Take a bowl and 1 cup boiled potato.

  3. Add ½ cup chopped carrot, ½ cup chopped cabbage, and ½ cup chopped capsicum.

  4. Add ½ cup chopped onions, 1 tbsp grated ginger, and 1 tbsp chopped garlic. Mix it well.

Recipe Notes

  • You can skip garlic if you want.

 

  • If the corn balls start bursting in oil, then add some more flour to the corn mixture. If the mixture is not bound well, then the corn balls may start bursting in oil. Also on a low flame or low heat the corn balls can start cracking. Too much moisture can also make them burst in the oil.

 

  • Test a small ball made from the mixture before you begin frying. 

 

  • You can use Italian seasoning (oregano and chili flakes) or Indian seasoning (chili powder and garam masala) whichever you may like.
