INGREDIENTS
- Oil (3tbsp)
- Chopped onions (2)
- Curry leaves (4-5)
- Chopped tomato (1).
- Ginger-Garlic paste (1tbsp)
- Chilli powder (1tsp)
- Turmeric powder (a pinch)
- Curd (2tbsp)
- Chicken (500 grams)
- Salt (required amount)
- Water (required amount)
- Coriander seeds (1.5tsp)
- Pepper seeds (2tsp)
- Fennel seeds (1/2 tsp)
- Cumin seeds (1/2 tsp)
- Cloves -4
- Cardamom (1)
- Cinnamon sticks (2)
- Coriander leaves (required amount)
HOW TO COOK
- In a hot pan, pour oil after that add chopped onions and curry leaves. Saute them till the onion becomes brown.
- After that add chopped tomato, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, and a pinch of turmeric powder. Saute it well again for a few minutes.
- After that add curd and mix it well. Now add chicken into that pan along with the salt of the required amount. Mix it well till every ingredient gets mingled with chicken.
- Add water and allow it in low flame for 15 minutes.
- In a separate Tawa, add coriander seeds, pepper seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon sticks, and roast it well.
- Grind it well using a mixer and make it to a powder form. Add that powder to the chicken pan and mix it well. Allow it to settle for 10 minutes in a low flame.
- After that add coriander leaves for additional smell and the spicy pepper chicken is ready.
PALKOVA
You can call it either a sweet or a snack as well because it is one of the sweetest snacks in this planet that everyone must try. Since it is made up of milk it has all the values of milk like, it is rich in calcium that strengthens your bone, rich in vitamin D, rich in vitamin C & K, helps in digestion, and delicious to eat.
INGREDIENTS
- Milk (1litre)
- Jaggery (1/2 cup)
- Cardamom powder (1/4 tsp)
HOW TO COOK
- One important thing about cooking Palkova is, great patience is required to cook this and as a prison recipe it makes your time more valuable, as a result, it has a delicious taste.
- In a hot vessel, pour a liter of milk. Allow it to boil and stir continuously in a medium flame.
- After 30 minutes, stir it in a low flame and stir it firmly and consistently with the same force.
- Furthermore, After 40 minutes, add jaggery into the milk and stir it on a low flame.
- After that, add cardamom powder and mix it in the milk.
- Stir firmly and continuously till it becomes thick, once it has turned change it to another plate.

- Mutton (400 grams)
- Ginger-Garlic paste (1tsp)
- Chili powder (3/4tsp)
- Coriander powder (3/4tsp)
- Turmeric powder (a pinch)
- Salt (required amount)
- Water (required amount)
- Cumin seeds (1/2 tsp)
- Fennel seeds (1/2 tsp)
- Pepper (1 tsp)
- Cardamom (1)
- Cinnamon stick (2)
- Cloves (3)
- Curry leaves (handful)
- Oil (2 tsp)
- Chopped shallots (1cup)
- Coriander leaves.
HOW TO COOK
- In a pressure cooker, have some mutton, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and the required amount of salt.
- Along with that, add a little amount of water and allow it for 4-5 whistles and keep it aside.
- In a separate pan, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, pepper, cardamom, cinnamon sticks, cloves, a handful of curry leaves, and roast all these ingredients for two minutes on a low flame.
- Grind it by using a powder and keep it aside.
- In a separate pan, pour the oil of two tablespoons, along with chopped shallots, and saute it well till it becomes light-brown color.
- Now add the cooked mutton into the onion pan and also add the powdered ingredient, allow it on a low flame for 5 minutes.
- After that, add some coriander leaves for more taste and smell. Mix it well and switch off the flame.
