How to make Homemade pani puri / golgappa / puchka recipe recipe with step by step photos:
1. Take a blender jar and add 1 ½ cup pudina, 1 cup coriander, 1 ½ tbsp. Ginger.
2. Add 2 tbsp green chillies, 2 spicy green chilli.
3. Add 1 tbsp. Black salt, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp chat masala, and 1 ½ tbsp pani puri masala.
4. Add some water, 2 tbsp lemon juice. Blend it.
5. Extract 3 tbsp. Mixture in different bowl.
6. Then take bowl and add 2 bowl water, add leftover mixture in the water. Give it one mix.
7. Take a bowl and add 1 ½ bowl smashed potato.Add 1 cup boiled chana.
8. Add green mixture in the potatoes.
9. Mix it well.
10. Ready to eat Pani Puri with potato mixture with chatpata pani.
