I made this stuff of finely garlic, onions, sweet corn and grated paneer with some home seasonings for flavorful taste to fill into capsicum; I used also other spices like oregano with stuffed capsicum for taste.
Lastly, I have used the tawa to cook the stuffed capsicum recipe with very little oil at the bottom. These stuffed bell papers can also be grilled in an oven. It is convenient to oven grill especially when you want to make a large batch.

How to make Stuffed Capsicum Recipe | भरवां शिमलामिर्च recipe with step by step photos:
1. Take a pan and heat it up then add 1 tbsp. butter.
2. Add 1/3 cup chopped onions. Mix in butter well.
3. Add 2 tbsp. chopped tomatoes and 1/3 cup boiled corn.
4. Add 1 ½ cup grated paneer.
5. Add 2 tbsp. green peas.
6. Add salt as per taste, 1 tbsp. cumin powder, 1 tbsp. paprika, and 1 tbsp. mixed herbs. Sauté well.
7. Take 2 big capsicum and cut it.
8. Stuffed paneer mixture in the capsicum.
9. Take a pan and put stuffed capsicum in the pan then cover it with lid. After that, roast in pan for 15 minutes.
10. Add mozzarella cheese on the stuffed capsicums.
11. Take out then sprinkle some paprika on the capsicum and serve it as a delicious starter.
