How to make Gujarati Kadhi recipe | Gujarati Kadhi banavani rit with step by step photos:
1. Take a bowl and add 3 tbsp. gram flour.
2. Add 1 cup butter milk. And mix it well. Make it sure there no left lamps.
3. Take a pan and heat it up. Add 2 tbsp. oil.
4. Add 1 tbsp. mustard seeds and 1 tbsp. cumin seeds.
5. Add ½ tbsp. turmeric powder, add 2 dry red chilies, 2 bay leaves, 1 cinnamon, 1 star anise, 4-5 cloves, 2 spicy green chilies, 1 tbsp. chopped ginger and 2 tbsp. chopped garlic then mix it well.
6. Add 2 chopped less spicy green chili and ½ cup chopped tomatoes.
7. Add gram flour and butter flour mixtures in the pan.
8. Add 1 ½ bowl water.
9. salt as per taste, ½ tbsp. garam masala and 1 tbsp. cumin powder in the pan. Mix it well.
10. Add ½ cup spring onions in the pan and simmer for 15 minutes. Add 1 tbsp. butter, this is optional
11. Decorate with coriander leaves and Serve it hot with Gujarati khichdi and shak.
