How to make Maggi Masala Rice | Easy Way To Make Maggi Rice recipe with step by step photos:
1. Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil.
2. Add 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp mustard seeds, and add ½ tbsp turmeric powder.
3. Add ¾ cup chopped onions, ¾ cup chopped carrot, and 1 tbsp grated ginger. Saute well.
4. Add 1/3 cup chopped tomatoes, ¼ cup chopped green chilies, and add 2 tbsp cashew nuts.
5. Add 1 ½ tbsp maggi masala powder.
6. Add salt as per taste, 1 tbsp black paper powder. Mix it well.
7. Add ½ tbsp schezwan sauce.
8. Add 1/3 cup paneer cubes.
9. Add 1 ½ bowl cooked rice. Mix it well.
10. Decorate with sprig onions, some cashew nuts and some chopped coriander leaves.
