How to make Masala Toast Sandwich | Masala Sandwich at home recipe with step by step photos:
1. Take a pan and add 2 1/2 tbsp. oil.
2. Add 1 tbsp. mustard seeds, 1 tbsp. cumin seeds, and 1 tbsp. turmeric powder.
3. Add 2 tbsp. chopped green chili, 1 cup fine chopped onions.
4. Add ¾ cup chopped tomatoes. Mix it well.
5. Add 1 tbsp. red chili powder, 1/2 tbsp. garam masala, and salt as per taste. Mix it well.
6. Add 1 tbsp. chopped ginger. Mix it well.
7. Add 1 1/2 tbsp. butter. Mix it well.
8. Add 1 1/2 bowl boiled smashed potatoes. Mix it well.
9. Apply butter on bread slices and put potatoes mixture on the bread.
10. Put another bread on the potato mixture then put in toaster. Apply butter on upper side of sandwich. Close the toaster.
11. Ready to serve hot with green chutney and ketch up.
