How to make Kaju Paneer curry Sabji | Kaju paneer sabji at home with step by step photos:
1. Take a bowl and add 300 gm. cashew nuts. Then add 1 cup water and sock for 1 hours.
2. Take a pan then add 2 tbsp oil.
3. Add 1 tbsp mustard seeds and 1 tbsp cumin seeds.
4. Add 1 tbsp asafetida powder and add 2 tbsp garlic.
5. Add 1 bowl chopped onions. Saute well.
6. Add 1 tbsp ginger and 1 ½ bowl chopped tomatoes.
7. Add 2 bay leaves, 2 red chili, and 1 ½ tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder. Mix it well. Then bland it and make smooth paste.
8. Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil then add puree.
9. Add 1 cup water. Then add 1 ½ tbsp Panjabi masala.
10. Add 1 tbsp Kasturi methi. Add with rubbing with hands for aromatic taste.
11. Take another pan and add 1 tbsp ghee. Then Add socked cashew nuts and sauté well.
12. Add cashew nuts in Panjabi gravy.
13. Add ½ cup grated paneer. If needed then add 1 tbsp red chili powder. Mix it well. Then simmer for 2 minutes.
14. After that add 1 tbsp fresh cream.
15. Ready to serve with paratha or roti, spicy green chilies.
