How to make Masala Peanuts | Homemade Masala Peanuts Recipe recipe with step by step photos:
1. Take a big bowl and add 1 bowl peanuts.
2. Add 1 cup gram flour and 2 tbsp rice flour.
3. Add 2 tbsp corn flour.
4. Add salt as per taste, ½ tbsp turmeric powder.
5. Add 1 tbsp red chili powder and 1 tbsp coriander powder. Mix it well.
6. Deep fry the peanuts.
7. After frying the peanuts, sprinkle some salt, 1 tbsp red chili powder and 1 tbsp chat masala. Mix it well.
8. Ready to serve with any dishes like Pani Puri, ragda puri and any bhel recipe.
