How to make Ragda Puri Recipe | How to Make Ragda Puri with step by step photos:
1. Take a bowl and add 1 cup dry chana. Wash it properly. Then strain it.
2. Add 1 cup water and sock for 1 hour.
3. Take presser cooker and put chana into the cooker then add salt as per taste. Cook it and make 4-5 whistle on medium flame.
4. Let’ make pani. Take blender jar and 1 cup phudina.
5. Add 3 chopped spicy green chilies and salt as per taste.
6. Add 2 tbsp black salt and 2 tbsp grated ginger
7. Add 2 tbsp Pani Puri masala and 2 tbsp jaljira powder.
8. Add 2 ½ tbsp lemon juice and add water as required. Then grind it. Pani is ready.
9. Add mixture into 1 ½ liter water. Give it one mix.
10. Take a bowl and add boiled chana and 1 big boiled potato. Mix it well.
11. Add ¼ cup warm water, salt as per taste, add 1 cup Pani Mixture. Mix it well.
12. Add chopped coriander.
13. Ready to serve.
