How to make Rose Gulkand Kulfi Recipe | Rose Gulkand Dryfruit Kulfi recipe with step by step photos:
1. Take a pan and add 500 ml amul milk.
2. Take 1 cup milk of the 500 ml milk bowl and keep aside.
3. After that, add 1 cup sugar powder in the pan. Stir the milk on low flame. Put on stove and make it hot.
4. Take 1 cup milk bowl. Add 1/3 cup milk powder and 1/3 corn flour. Mix it till lump free.
5. Pan milk mixture are dissolve the sugar then add corn flour milk mixture in the pan milk.
6. Stir continuously on medium flame.
7. Add 3 or 4 drops of rose essences and 1 or 2 drops of pink color.
8. Add 1/4 cup crushed and roasted dry fruits. Mix it well.
9. Add 1/4 cup gulkand. Mix it until made thick consistency. After that cool down on room tempter.
10. Take kulfi mold and pour mixture in the mold. Close the lid tight. Freeze for 8 hours.
11. Demold it and serve it chilled.
