How to make Veg Hakka Noodles recipe |Chili Garlic Noodles with step by step photo:
1. Take a pan and add 1 bowl water. Boil it.
2. Add 1 pack noodles and salt as per taste. Also add 1 tbsp oil.
3. After completely boiled strain it. Then add 1tbsp oil and mix it.
4. Take a pan and add 1 ½ tbsp oil. Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic. Mix it well.
5. Add 1 tbsp grated ginger and 1 cup sliced onions.
6. Add 1 cup grated carrot and 1 cup chopped cabbage. Mix it well.
7. Add 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp red chili sauce, and 2 tbsp green chili sauce.
8. Add 1 big chopped and sliced capsicum.
9. Add boiled noodles. Mix it well. Add salt as per taste.
10. Ready to serve with put some chopped coriander.
