1. Take a bowl and add 1 bowl wheat flour in it.
2. Add salt to taste, add 1 tbsp. red chili powder, 1 tbsp. turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp. black salt.
3. Add 2 tbsp. oil. Mix it well. Then add water as per require and make a dough of it.
4. Cover it with lid. Rest it for 10 minutes.
5. Take a bowl and add 1/2 cup chopped cabbage, 1/2 cup chopped carrot, 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, ¾ cup chopped onions, and 1/2 cup chopped capsicum.
6. Add salt as per taste, 1 tbsp. black paper powder, and 1/2 tbsp. chat masala. Mix it well.
7. Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
8. Take dough and knead it again and divide in small portion then roll it in round shape.
9. After make a roti, put filling in middle of the roti. Spread it nicely.
10. Put other roti and cover it completely with press on edges.
11. Take a pan and put 1 tbsp. butter. Then put thepla on the pan and roast it.
12. Apply butter another side and cook both side completely.
13. Serve it with green chutney and ketch up.
