In the recipe, I use very simple and basic ingredients to make this palak paneer gravy recipe. This delicious creamy recipe is quite easy to make and looks very tasty.

How to make Palak Paneer Sabji Recipe | Restaurant Style Palak Paneer sabji with step by step photos:
1. Take 2 cup palak and blanch it completely.
2. After blanch the palak, move them to in cold water. After that take palak and blend it and make smooth paste.
3. Take a pan and add 1 tbsp. butter.
4. Add 2 bay leaves, 1 1/2 tbsp. chopped garlic, and 1 tbsp. chopped ginger. Saute well.
5. Add 1 cup finely chopped onions. Saute well.
6. Add ¾ cup finely chopped tomatoes.
7. Add palak puree. Mix well.
8. Add some cashew nuts.
9. Add some raisin.
10. Add salt as per taste, 1 tbsp. garam masala, 1 1/2 tbsp. red chili powder, and 1 tbsp. Panjabi palak paneer masala powder. Mix well.
11. Add ¾ cup water. Then slightly smash the gravy.
12. Add 1 tbsp. Kasturi methi. Mix well.
13. Add ¾ cup paneer cubes and 1 tbsp. butter in the gravy. Then cover lid for 5 minutes and simmer it.
14. Ready to serve the palak paneer sabji.
