How To Make Butter Capsicum Masala | Capsicum Masala Curry Recipe Steps by Steps With Photos:
1. Take a pan and add 2 tbsp butter in it.
2. Add 4-5 chopped capsicum. Saute well.
3. After it become light brown color then make it cool down.
4. Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil.
5. Add some garlic cloves and cashew nuts into oil.
6. Add 1 tbsp grated ginger. Mix well.
7. Add 1tsp black sesame seeds ad 2 bay leaves.
8. After that, add some poppy seeds.
9. furthermore, Add 1 ½ cup onion slices. Saute well.
10. After saute well make it cool down.
11. Blend the onion mixture and make smooth paste.
12. Take a pan and add 1 tbsp butter.
13. Add 1 tsp fenugreek (Kasuri methi). Then add red chili powder [Kashmiri red chili powder]. After that add 1 tbsp Panjabi gravy masala. Mix well.
14. Add onion paste. Mix well.
15. Add 1 cup water into gravy.
16. After that add salt as per taste and 1 tsp cumin powder. Mix well.
17. Cover it with pan lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
18. Add fried capsicum.
19. Then add 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp fresh homemade cream [Malai]. Mix well.
20. Ready to eat, the butter capsicum masala. Serve it with kulcha, roti or butter naan.
