How to make Rava Coconut Modak | Homemade Rava Modak Recipe recipe with step by step photos:
1. Take a pan and add 1 tbsp ghee in the pan.
2. Then add 1 cup milk in the pan and mix it well.
3. After well mix, add ¾ cup suji/ rava into pan.
4. Cook 2-3 minutes on low flame. It became thick.
5. Then add ½ cup sugar powder into pan. Mix it well but don’t overcook.
6. Add 1 tbsp cardamom powder into pan. Mix it well. Slight cool down.
7. After completely cool down, knead it slightly with ghee.
8. Take modak mold and grease with ghee.
9. Add small amount of dough into mold and press it.
10. Make pit in center. Fill some dry coconut crust and some tutti frutti into the hole.
11. After fill the modak, take some dough and cover the hole of modak.
12. Now it ready to serve rava modak to god ganesha.
