How to make Palak Paneer Sandwich | Cheese Spinach Sandwich recipe steps by steps with photos:
1. In a hot pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter.
2. Add 1/2 cup of chopped palak, saute it well till it gets mixed up nicely.
3. Add 30 grams of paneer and mix it well.
4. After that add 1/2 cup of boiled corn into it.
5. Add 1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese.
6. Also add 1/3 cup of processed cheese, saute it well again.
7. After that add 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder.
8. Also add 1/2 teaspoon of chat masala.
9. Then add 1/2 teaspoon of aamchur powder.
10. Add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder. Mix it well
11. Again add 1/2 teaspoon of paprika.
12. In another separate pan, add 1/2 teaspoon of butter and apply the butter to the bread. Roast it on them both sides.
