How to make Vermicelli Idli Recipe Healthy Breakfast No Fermentation Idli recipe with step by step photos:
1. Take 2 tbsp. oil and put in the pan and heat it up.
2. Add 1 tbsp. mustard seeds and 1 ½ tbsp. urad dal.
3. Add some curry leaves.
4. Add 1 cup suji in the pan. Roast in low to medium flame.
5. Take another pan and heat it up. Then add 1 pack wheat vermicelli. Roast it completely.
6. Add roasted vermicelli in the suji mixture. Mix well.
7. Add 1 tbsp. chopped cashew nuts. Mix it well. After that cool down slightly.
8. Take a bowl, add suji mixture in the bowl then add ¾ cup chopped carrot, ¼ cup chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp. chopped ginger, 2 chopped green chili, and ¼ cup boiled green peas.
9. Add 1 cup buttermilk.
10. Add salt as per taste.
11. Add 1 cup water in the bowl and mix it nicely. Put it in rest for 20 minutes.
12. Add 1 tbsp. fruit salt, then add 1 tbsp. lemon juice on the fruit salt. Mix it well.
13. Take idli mold and grease with oil. Add idli mixture in the mold. Steam 30-35 minutes.
14. After completely steam. Unmold the idli and serve it with coconut chutney.
