How to make South Indian Tomato Chutney | How to Make Tomato Chutney recipe with step by step photos:
1. Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil.
2. Add 5-6 curry leaves, 2 dry chili.
3. Add 1 cup chopped onions and 1 ½ cup chopped tomato.Sauté well.
4. Add salt as per taste. Mix it well.
5. Add 1/3 cup water.
6. Cover the lid for 7-8 minutes. After that grind the whole mixture.
7. Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp oil.
8. Add 1 tbsp mustard seeds. Add some curry leaves.
9. Put oil in tomato chutney. Then mix it well.
10. Add salt and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
11. Ready to serve with any south Indian dishes.
