1. Take a bowl and add 500gm. Suji.
2. Add 1 cup buttermilk, 1 cup curd, and add salt as per taste. Mix it well.Rest it for 1- 2 hours.
3. Take a blender jar and add chopped chilies, 1 cup coriander.
4. Add 1 tbsp ginger, 1 tbsp peanuts, salt as per taste, and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
5. Add some water. Grind it.
6. Take a pan and add 1 ½ tbsp oil.
7. 1 tbsp mustard seeds, some curry leaves.
8. Then add in idli batter.Mix it well.
9. Then divide batter in 2 parts.Add green chutney in one batter.
10. Add 1 tbsp fruit salt in both batter. Mix it well.
11. Grease plates with oil. Put batter in plate and spread.
12. Put it into steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
13. Ready to eat. Serve it with tomato chutney and green chutney.
