  1. Take 1 cup water in the pan.

  2. Add ½ cup tamarind in the water.

  3. Add 1 tbsp. red chili powder in the tamarind water.

  5. Add 1/ 2 tbsp. black salt in the pan.

  10. Let’s make garlic chutney. Take 2 tbsp. oil in the pan.

  11. Add 1 big chopped tomato in the oil. Add 3 dry chili in the oil.

  12. Add 1/3 cup garlic cloves.

  13. Add 1 tbsp. Kashmiri red chili powder in the pan.

  14. Add 1tbsp. cumin powder in pan.

  18. Give forth mixture and add in blender jar and make blend it and add 2 tbsp. water in blender.

  19. After blend, place the chutney in bowl and keep aside.

  20. Let’s make green chutney. Take ¼ cup mint leaves and add them in to blender.

  21. Add 1 cup coriander in the blender.

  22. Add 1 ½ tbsp. ginger in the blender.

  24. Add 1 tbsp. lemon juice in blender.

  26. Add 1 tbsp. roasted cumin powder in blender.

  27. Add 1 tbsp. chaat masala in blender.

  29. Paste the chutney in bowl and keep aside for topping.

  30. Let make it assemble. Mash one boiled potato in the big bowl.

  31. Add 1/3 cup puffed rice (murmura), ¼ cup corn poha, 1/3 cup farali chevda, and 1/3 cup tikha gathiya in the bowl. Mix it nicely.

  32. Add 1 tbsp. green chutney and 1 tbsp. garlic chutney in the mixture. Mix it well.
