Ingredients
- Butter – 1 tablespoon
- Oil – 1 tablespoon
- Grated Ginger – 2 tablespoons
- Grated Cloves – 1/4 cup
- Sliced Onions – 1 cup
- Chopped Tomatoes – 1 cup
- Chopped beetroot – 1/2 cup
- Salt – required amount
- Red chili powder – 1 tablespoon
- Water – 1 1/2 cups
- Butter – in a separate pan (1 tablespoon)
- French Beans – 250 grams
- Salt – required amount
- Butter – 1 1/2 tablespoons
- Cashew nuts gravy – 1/4 cup
- Punjabi Garam Masala – 1 Tablespoon
- Homemade fresh malai – 2 tablespoons
- Coriander – some amount
Instructions
- In a separate pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter and add 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Along with that add 2 tablespoons of grated ginger into it.
- After that add 1/4 cup of garlic cloves.
- Then After adding 1 cup of sliced onions, saute it well.
- Add 1 cup chopped tomatoes and add 1/2 cup of chopped beetroot, mix it well till it gets mingled well.
- Add salt of a required amount, add 1 tablespoon of red chili powder.
- Mix it well and add 1 and 1/2 cups of water. Cover it well and cook it for 5-6 minutes. Do not overcook it. After the cooking is done, keep it aside.
- In a separate pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter.
- After that add 250 grams of French Beans. Add salt of a required amount, mix it well and cover it well. Allow it for 5-6 minutes, till it becomes soft.
- Add 1 1/2 tablespoon of butter.
- Place the cooked gravy in a separate pan.
- After that add 1/4 cup of cashew nuts gravy. Mix it well till it gets mingled nicely.
- Add 1 tablespoon of Punjabi Garam Masala and mix it well again. After adding beans and 1 cup of chopped capsicum. Mix it well.
- Cover it well and allow it to cook till it becomes thick.
- Add some coriander finally. Use roti and papad as the main dish for that.
Notes
- Do not overcook the gravy, as it may spoil the taste.
- Beware of adding the ingredients to a required amount.
- Make sure that you had all the ingredients before starting to cook.
