How to make Homemade Bread Recipe | White Bread Recipe | Bakery Style Bread Recipe Steps by steps with photos:
1. In a cup, pour 3/4th of the water.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar.
3. Add 1 tbsp of dry active yeast. Mix it well and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
4. After 10 minutes, In cup, add 2 cups of Maida, and sieve it well till the maids get settled firmly
5. Add 3 tablespoons of milk powder along with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix it well.
6. After that, add 2 tablespoons of oil. Knead it well with both hands and add some flour.
7. Once the kneading is done, add some oil and knead it again. Take a molding box and grease it nicely with ghee.
8. Place the kneaded flour mixture in the mold.
9. Place a plastic cover over it.
10. Rest it for 2 hours in a warm place, take a small brush dipped in water, and apply the brush over the kneaded flour. Preheat the mold for 10 minutes at 180 °C and bake it again with the same 180 °C for 20 minutes, and then milk washes the heated flour with the brush and does the oil wash as well.
11. After that bake the mold again at 180 °C for 10 minutes, and apply ghee or butter over it. Cover the baked one till it gets cool and unmold it, that is prepared for serving.
