How to make Mix Veg Pot Rice | One Pot Vegetable Rice recipe with step by step photos:
1. Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp ghee.
2. Add 2 bay leaves, 2 cinnamon, and 4-5 cloves.
3. Add 1 chopped green chili and 1 cup big sliced onion. Saute well.
4. Add 1 ½ tbsp grated ginger, 1 cup chopped tomatoes, and ¾ cup chopped capsicum. Saute well.
5. Add ½ cup chopped raw mango. This is an optional ingredients but if you want some sour taste you can add this.
6. Add ¾ cup green peas.
7. Add salt as per taste. The add 1 tbsp coriander powder.
8. Add 1 tbsp red chili powder then sauté well.
9. Add 1 tbsp garam masala and 1 tbsp ghee. The cover the lid and cook well.
10. Take a pan and add cooked rice and make it layer.
11. Then add cooked veggies mixture and make it layer.
12. Add cooked rice on it and make it layer. Repeat same steps.
13. Then add kesar milk on it and cover the lid tight ad cook well.
14. Ready to serve with put some chopped coriander leaves.
